African American Studies Minor

An interdisciplinary program in African American Studies is available to students with a significant interest and commitment to serious academic study of African American history and culture. Upon entering the program, a student with a minor in African American Studies shall consult with the Chair of the Department of Social Sciences and plan his/her program of study. This student is required to complete 18 hours for the minor in African American Studies, including
